Boundaries Workshops
LeaderWise’s online boundaries training workshops are lively and interactive, full of reflection and conversation. Attendees have given us feedback that our boundaries training was a great experience and caused them to re-evaluate some of their own practices.
The LeaderWise Boundaries workshops scheduled for the Synod of Lincoln Trails in 2024 are listed below. Registration in each session is limited to 40 participants.
Not-Your-Average Boundaries Training
This live online boundaries training, conducted via secure Zoom video conferencing, is 6 total hours split over two 3-hour sessions. Following the first session, participants are asked to engage in a bit of reflection work in preparation for the second session. Content focuses on strategies to foster emotional resiliency and well-being. In addition to the basics, we teach concepts of power and rank, plus a 4-step strategy to help stop them in their tracks before they commit a boundary violation; and participants leave with their own personal prevention plan.

Advanced Boundaries Training
Topics to be explored through presentation and collegial interaction include resiliency, differentiation, and self-regulation. Expand your learning through large and small group discussions, interacting with case studies, and times of self-reflection. Join us for practical insights about decision making and relational interactions, plus glean encouragement to continue your pursuit of holistic health. The online training is 6 hours total split over two 3-hour sessions.
This course assumes you have completed Not-Your-Average Boundaries Training.
