LeaderWise’s Confidence in Conflict workshops gives clergy the necessary tools to succeed in both the receiving line and the everyday conflicts of our turbulent times.

Prior to the 3-hour zoom workshop, you will take the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI), an assessment of your primary conflict styles. The workshop itself will help you understand the strengths of your primary styles as well as strengthen your use of other styles.
