PHILLIP ROMINE

REFLECTIVE SUPERVISOR

Phillip Romine (he/him) is an ordained Teaching Elder in the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), called to accompany individuals and communities on journeys of contemplation, liberation, and healing. As a transplant to Minnesota and a white Midwesterner, he is particularly drawn to life’s transitional spaces of meaning, purpose, and identity, and practices of hospitality. He is a student of cultural re-membering through prayer, study, pilgrimage, community care, and connection to the outdoors.

Phillip has worked in communications, non-profit administration, and multi-faith organizing. In addition to his certification as a Reflective Pastoral Supervisor, he has training in transitional ministry and is a certified pilgrimage guide for the Hildegard von Bingen Pilgrimage Way in Germany. He currently works as a pastor in St. Paul and lives in NE Minneapolis with his spouse Liz, children Hugo and Georgiana, and dog Lorelei.
