Strategies for Calm and Connection
The past few months have been especially disorienting and challenging for many of us, and you may be looking for ways in which you can help yourself—and others—to experience more calm, connection, and agency. We care about how you are doing amidst our current sociopolitical climate and polarized time, including as you serve those who may be marginalized, vulnerable, or afraid. In this 60-minute session, licensed psychologists Drew Benson and Joanna Quanbeck will lead us in learning and practicing trauma-informed strategies that can help steady and empower wellbeing in uncertain times.

LeaderWise Core Four Workshops
-
LeaderWise’s online boundaries training workshop is lively and interactive, full of reflection and conversation. Attendees have told us that our boundaries training was a great experience AND caused them to re-evaluate some of their own practices. Click here for a full listing of upcoming workshops.

Conflict is everywhere in our world today. When you hear the word conflict, what reaction happens in your body? Is it possible to have a healthy relationship with conflict? How do you develop the capacity to enter into conflict well? These are some burning questions that we’ll explore with you in this online conflict workshop. Join us and feel more confident when you find yourself in conflict. Click here for a full listing of upcoming workshops.

When you build Emotional Intelligence (EI), you enhance self-awareness, cultivate empathy for others, and develop greater wisdom in your decision making. This workshop will give you: a clear understanding of how EI relates to leadership in ministry; a chance to measure your emotional intelligence through a standardized psychological test; and the opportunity to identify areas for development and learn practical suggestions for improvement. Click here for a full listing of upcoming workshops.

Living in this turbulent, argumentative, my-way-or-the-highway society wears on us all. Having the ability to withstand pressures others place on us, as well as to right-size our own expectations, leads to healthier leaders, healthier relationships, and healthier systems. Without self-differentiation, you are at risk for continued patterns of people-pleasing and burnout. In this 3-session series, we will explore living in congruence with our values while leading.
