Dr. Danté Assad Williams, Psy.D., has a doctorate in Counseling Psychology specializing in leadership development, mental wellness, and culturally responsive approaches to human growth in conjunction with his expertise in vocational assessment. His work is grounded in the belief that effective leadership begins with self-awareness, emotional intelligence, psychological safety, and an understanding of the lived experiences people bring into organizations.
Dr. Williams brings experience across clinical mental health, higher education, organizational leadership, human resources, recruitment, and community-based work. He has served as an adjunct professor at the University of St. Thomas and previously held leadership roles within human resources and recruitment.
Dr. Williams brings warmth, humor, curiosity, and an engaging conversational style to complex topics. He is particularly passionate about helping individuals and organizations have meaningful conversations about emotional intelligence, identity, neurodiversity, mental wellness, vulnerability, communication, and inclusive leadership.
