Heather (she/her) plays a varied role with LeaderWise that encompasses supervising day-to-day operations, handling finances, managing the website and e-newsletter, serving on the leadership team, and more. She holds a master’s degree in communication and her background includes work as a managing editor for a commercial book publisher.

Janet (she/her) is each candidates’ primary contact person, guiding candidates through the process of preparing for their assessments. Janet is the friendly face who greets in-person clients and the cheerful voice who often answers your phone call.

Bethany (she/they) supports workshop registration and assists the leadership development team.

Barb (she/her) focuses on scheduling and billing for LeaderWise counseling and is also the resident spreadsheet wiz. Among other projects, Barb helped update the LeaderWise office space and drove LeaderWise's transition to electronic record-keeping.
