All of us encounter periods in life that are confusing and overwhelming. Caroline strongly believes that counseling/therapy assists clients in finding new ways to navigate experiences of helplessness and hopelessness. For over 20 years she has been working with clients on the challenges that life brings to them. She has witnessed clients find their internal courage which helps them lean into a life that is more meaningful, fulfilling, and less stressful.

From 2006 to 2016 Caroline was on the faculty at the University of Minnesota, where she taught and trained MA and PhD level Counseling Psychology graduate students. She has been a part of LeaderWise since 2011.

Caroline received her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Auburn University and her B.A. in Theology from the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul.
